Abdul Ghani Baradar in Time 100 most influential personalities

Time Magazine had released its 100 most influential personalities of 2021. Remarkable personalities from different fields including artists, leaders, innovators are included. By 2020, its circulation had reached 1.6 million. Time 100 is published annually and it is, in turn, an honour to be in Time 100.

It was in September 2021 that it published its top 100 and those who made it to the list include Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, Cathy park, Simone Biles, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Elon Musk. The list is also occupied by Abdul Ghani Baradar, yes the one who is the deputy prime minister in the Taliban's newly announced government which was not even recognised by any of the International community. He is a secretive man, who rarely makes public statements and is co-founder of the Taliban. Baradar is reported in the listing as a charismatic military leader and fulcrum of future Afghanistan. This is debatable to list him as an influential person.
